How to Make More Money in Business

I work with a lot of senior executives, c-suite, consultants and even solopreneurs.

The most common question I get is:

“How can I effectively bring in more money or sales?”

This question is not unique, but it is also not linear or vertical.

In a world of business, the currency of a transaction is not based upon the service or product alone, but more accurately, it’s based on TRUST between two parties.

Trust needs to exist between

  • Leadership and it’s team
  • Managers and direct reports
  • The business and prospects
  • The business and existing clients

And many other ways. But generally this is how I’d slice it.

In a world of business, the currency of a transaction is not based upon the service or product alone, but more accurately, it’s based on TRUST between two parties.

The fastest and most cost effective way to bring in more sales is not hiring more expensive talent or relying solely on marketing, but rather it comes down to this:

  • Business culture development
  • Brand activation
  • Brand building
  • Brand equity

Your first line of impression (not defense) is usually visual. It’s sensory driven and has the ability to create emotion and more importantly, TRUST.

Your brand has the power to inspire trust with

  • New talent
  • Employees
  • New prospects
  • Existing customers

Trust is this thing that says,

  • “You know what? I like this company. I’m going to hire them”
  • “I love my job because it aligns with my beliefs”
  • “I am so empowered to lead my team and I can’t believe this is my life!”

But let’s be clear. A brand isn’t just a logo. It’s the creation of values, principles and alignment across all divisions, teams, stakeholders and marketing media and outreach.

If I can help you retain talent, attract new customers and save you millions in turnover rates AND generate profits, wouldn’t you say “branding” is worth it?

If your business needs help, I’d love to come and see how I can help.
